Hi, my name is Alex France.

I was swept away in a tremendous hurricane several years ago.

I washed ashore on the sandy beaches of Scunthorpe where I made a family.

A few rough years later I met a fellow human named Geoff Ballington in a zoo. Just beside the monkey enclosure we put together the idea for the wonder website you now see today, Artstem.

I also branched into photography in roughly 1891.
